DSConnect — the platform behind our work
One platform.
Your customer pipeline, dashboards, automation, and follow-up.
DSConnect is where most of our clients’ customer systems live. Configurable, Australian-aligned, and delivered with the implementation and training included — not handed over with a login and a wish-you-luck.
Designed to meet the Australian Privacy Principles and security legislation. Configured to your business — not somebody else’s template.
Why DSConnect
Three things that make the platform actually work for an Australian small business — instead of just looking impressive in a demo.
One platform, one login
CRM, dashboards, marketing automation, online booking, invoicing, and reporting in a single configurable platform. Stop swivel-chairing between five tools that don’t talk to each other.
Built for Australian compliance
Designed to meet the Australian Privacy Principles and security legislation. We configure access controls, retention, and audit trails as standard — not as an upsell.
Implementation included
You don’t get login credentials and a YouTube playlist. We configure the pipelines, design the dashboards, run the training, and stay on hand to keep it working as your business changes.

When DSConnect isn’t the right fit
We’d rather tell you in the first call than waste a quarter pretending otherwise.
- ✗Enterprise B2B sales with multi-tier approval flows, complex quoting engines, or deep CPQ — HubSpot Enterprise, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics usually fit those teams better.
- ✗Real-time ERP integration (accounting, inventory, manufacturing) where DSConnect would just be one node in a much larger stack.
- ✗Highly regulated industries that mandate a specific named vendor for compliance reasons.
How pricing works
Monthly subscription, sized to you.
DSConnect is a monthly subscription priced on user count and the modules you turn on. We quote it in discovery, so you know what you’re committing to before you sign anything.
Setup and data configuration is a separate one-off engagement, quoted on the scope of your migration and initial configuration.
